Description of steps types

The following list provides you with information about: 

1) the different kinds of steps that are available in SmarterPath and 

2) what should be done to complete a step.

There are 15 steps types in SmarterPath for Office 365:

  • External content (any website)

            - view the external content – click next – the step is completed

            - OR open the external content in new tab (if content cannot be displayed in SmarterPath) – click next is completed

  • Live training: view details of live training sessions (enrollment in a live training session is not mandatory) – click next – the step is completed
  • Quiz: answer and submit questions – click next – the step is completed 
  • SCORM: complete SCORM – click next – the step is completed if SCORM is completed (can depend on SCORM settings) https://support.pokeshot-smz.com/support/solutions/articles/19000072937-scorm-completion-status
  • SharePoint
    • Follow Site: open the SharePoint site in new tab – click next – the step is completed
    • Office Content (ppt-, xls-, doc-file): view the office content – click next – the step is completed
    • Office Content (pdf-file): open the office content in new tab – click next – the step is completed
  • Text field
    • view the text – click next – the step is completed
  • Video content

           - Stream: click play – click next – the step is completed

           - YouTube: click play video – click next – the step is completed

  • Yammer

           - Follow Yammer User: open the Yammer profile in a new tab – click next – the step is completed

           - Join Yammer Group: open the Yammer group in a new tab – click next – the step is completed

  • More

           Delve Profile

          - open the Delve profile in a new tab – click next – the step is completed

          Forms

          - View Form (answering and submitting is not mandatory) – click next – the step is completed

          Sway 

          - view Sway – click next – the step is completed

          Teams

          - open Teams in a new tab – click next – the step is completed
